Single day shopping dates back to 2009. For one day Alibaba offers 450 million users 24 hours of promotional shopping.

According to Alibaba, 50,000 traders and 5,000 intranational brands participate in the operation. In total, nearly 6 million products were offered during the single day.
37% of shoppers bought International brands. Among the best-selling foreign brandsare Nike in the 6th position, Adidas in the 10th, and New Balance in the 11th.
Users also enjoyed new experiences in VR shopping and games around the Tmall Mascot.
